The wine
The Carillon family has been established in Puligny-Montrachet since the sixteenth century. In 2010, the estate was divided between the two brothers; François kept this share. This Puligny village is his base wine, the one by which a winegrower is judged: the appellation no longer does the work for the wine.

Tasting notes
Nose
