The wine
Dom Pérignon produces only vintage champagnes. The 2018 was born of a warm and luminous year: the harvest began as early as 20 August, with record ripeness for both chardonnay and pinot noir. The chardonnay comes mainly from Chouilly, the pinot noir from Verzenay and Aÿ.
