The wine
A grand cru on the hill of Corton, one of the summits of chardonnay in Burgundy. Domaine Faiveley was founded in 1825 in Nuits-Saint-Georges, has been handed down within the family for seven generations and has been run by Erwan Faiveley since 2005. The estate owns one of the largest collections of crus in Burgundy, from the Côte de Nuits to the Côte Chalonnaise.

Nose
