The wine
For this cuvée, Collet brings together chardonnays from grands crus such as Oger, Cramant, Avize, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Chouilly and Mailly-Champagne. Villers-Marmery, a premier cru of the Montagne de Reims, completes this blend between finesse and mineral tension.
