The wine
This fifth Rendez-Vous from Billecart-Salmon is a pure pinot noir from Verzenay, Ambonnay, Aÿ and Verzy. Its 2015 base is made up of 95% grands crus and 5% premiers crus, with a very low dosage of 1 g/l.
